I can draw on over 10 years of professional experience, have been a member of the Austrian Bar since 2016, and have worked for renowned attorneys' offices in Austria and Brazil. As a Brazilian-Viennese, I speak German, Portuguese, and English fluently and provide legal advice in Spanish too.
At the University of Vienna, I graduated and obtained a doctorate in corporate law. My thesis focused on the "Management and Control of Corporations in Austria and Brazil" (available at: https://utheses.univie.ac.at/detail/29921#). I have a post-graduate degree in Brazilian corporate law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in Porto Alegre, Brazil. During my diploma studies, I discovered my passion for the practice of law as an attorney when I participated in the Civil Law Moot Court and was awarded for exceptional academic performance.
